A final Shipping Invoice is sent AFTER all online purchases (usually within 2-3 business days).

Shipping anything to North America from Japan can be complicated – but is made simple when ordering from Liberty Walk USA due to our experience over the years. You can rely on the Liberty Walk staff to coordinate all United States (or Canadian) Import Tariffs, Duties, Taxes and Import Fees. Additionally, we work with a number of shipping & logistical companies to secure the lowest price for Ocean Freight transport, Port Harbor dock & receival, plus land transport for your product[s] to your front door – completely insured.

Provide your shipping address when purchasing online. After safely purchasing via PayPal©, your Liberty Walk Digital Purchasing Agent will send an additional invoice[s] for shipping options from Japan. All shipping invoices include any import duties, taxes or fees.

Each purchasing customer is assigned a Digital Processing Agent [DPA]. Your DPA is a personal liaison that will help guide your product from manufacturing to shipping. All orders ship direct Standard Air Freight from Japan and WILL require additional freight options after the initial purchase.

Unless otherwise noted, typical product development lead times can take 60-90 days (8-12 weeks). However, lead times for a single LBWK part or even a complex LB-WORKS style kit can vary — but the Digital Processing Agent will notify you of any changes. YES, parts can be completed much earlier (in some cases) and the Digital Processing Agent will continue to monitor and communicate the progression of your LBWK kit or part directly.


Because all Liberty Walk (inc. but not limited to: LB-Works, lb-performance, LB-Nation) products are made-to-order one-of-a-kind, custom automotive exterior parts, LibertyWalk.Shop can not except returns or exchanges. We will assist our customer’s and communicate with the Manufacturer in the event of a Warranty question or a Defective item. Please contact Customer Service at info[at]LibertyWalk.Shop and someone may be able to assist you with your warranty or defective item needs.


Unless otherwise noted, all orders arrive FREIGHT INTERNATIONAL from Japan. Liberty Walk body kits and Liberty Walk auto body parts CAN take up to 12 weeks to build and/or assemble. Leads times for production will vary but feel free to ask before purchasing. All Sales Are Final.

Shipping Charges: After purchasing your order, an additional FREIGHT fee will be determined in order to deliver the finished products. International Freight Fees can vary, but your Processing Agent will assist in sourcing a best-in-class shipment carrier to meet your needs and budget. All Sales Are Final. will only ship to the “VERIFIED” billing address of a credit card; and to the card holder ONLY.


PRODUCT RETURNS: we do not accept any product returns. All orders (pending or processing) are final. There are no exceptions.

DAMAGED GOODS: Written notification of goods damaged upon receipt must be reported to LibertyWalk.Shop customer service within two (x2) business days of the delivery, or no refund will be available. Please keep all original shipping containers and take pictures, as this helps speed things along. Our expert staff takes extra time in the packaging process to minimize any shipping damage. Upon the arrival of your items, inspect everything thoroughly, even if packaging is intact, before signing the delivery receipt.

LTL shipping damage must be reported and noted at the time of delivery with the freight carrier, otherwise the claim will be void.

ERRORS: In the event that a LibertyWalk.Shop sold product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, LibertyWalk.Shop reserves the right to refuse or cancel the orders placed for such product or for orders in which the total has been calculated incorrectly. LibertyWalk.Shop reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, LibertyWalk.Shop will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

WARRANTY RETURNS: Most manufacturers offer an additional warranty period that covers merchandise defects. To determine warranty requirements for a specific item, please contact the manufacturer directly or LibertyWalk.Shop for assistance. NO WARRANTY EXPRESSED, WRITTEN, OR IMPLIED is made on any products sold or distributed by LibertyWalk.Shop. All product descriptions given by LibertyWalk.Shop are for reference only and are not a guarantee. LibertyWalk.Shop cannot assume any responsibility for damages arising from personal injury, labor costs or other injury arising out of the use of any product manufactured or sold by LibertyWalk.Shop. LibertyWalk.Shop shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for any special, incidental, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages including, but not limited to, lost profits, damage or loss of goods or claims from the purchaser which may arise and or result from the sale, installation or use of these products. By purchasing, using, or installing the product, the user agrees to all of these terms.

Please note that, warranty processing can take up to 4-8 weeks and will be subject to the individual manufacturer’s policies and discretion. Manufacturer warranties do not cover defects determined to be caused by normal wear or due to buyer/user negligence. Refunds will not be given for warranty products.

WARRANTY CLAIMS: In many circumstances LibertyWalk.Shop will be able to assist in the filing of a warranty claim with Liberty Walk or the return of a defective item however LibertyWalk.Shop does not certify or warrant any action, refund or replacement on behalf of a manufacturer.

Advanced replacement parts are not available. Please note that in cases of items being replaced under warranty the customer may be responsible for the shipping cost of the return shipment and/or the replacement order.


We do not charge Sales Tax in all 50 states except Arizona. We are located in Arizona and are required to charge Sales Taxes for orders shipped to an Arizona postal address. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions about sales tax.
